MR2V Departments

Alongside client-related positions, My Right 2 Voice is also constantly looking to improve their business and reach the gold standard. To do this, My Right 2 Voice have a variety of departments that seek to make these improvements. Please see below:

Quality Assurance of Design and Systems (QADS)

The QADS team is responsible for continuous improvement of systems, design, documentation and innovative practice. This involves a broad variety of jobs including digitising/revamping disability support documentation, creating training videos, revolutionising current best practice. Training, Education, and Development Department (TEDD)

The TEDD team is responsible for continuous improvement of all MR2V employees and integration into practice. This involves a broad variety of jobs including sourcing training opportunities, creating resources for professional development and assisting new employees. Human Resources (HR)

The HR team is responsible for the continuous improvement of communication with clients and employees. This involves a broad variety of jobs including internal/external employee related enquiries, coordinating complaints, organising recruitment processes and informing clients of important dates/notices.
